Our client, a global tier 1 FinTech company is looking to fill a newly created Legal Counsel, Marketing (6 to 10 PQE) role. This role sits with Group Legal in HQ and has a global scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting into the Global Head of Marketing Legal, the successful candidate will be advising on a broad range of legal matters related to the company's high profile and high budget global marketing projects and campaigns.
• Day to day scope will include but not limited to advising on legal matters related to marketing agreements, sponsorship agreements, celebrity engagements, advertising and others.

Key Requirements

• LLB/LLM qualified
• 6 to 10 PQE
• In-house experience in media/ad agencies and/or companies with high volume of marketing activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who can operate independently
• Interest in crypto/blockchain/digital assets
