Having graduated from Singapore Management University, Eng Chang (EC) started his career as a researcher in the Executive Search business, working for a leading Singapore-based Search & Selection firm. Here he was responsible for covering senior mandates across multiple industries with a focus on Financial Services.
He then moved into a Consultant role and subsequently took on a specialism in Legal & Compliance across all seniority levels.
EC is the proud father of 2 young sons and enjoys spending his weekends with them and his wife!
