This is a newly created position reporting directly to the CEO, offering a unique opportunity to shape and lead HR strategy within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives and growth plans of the organization.
- Lead the HR team in delivering high-quality HR services and solutions to support the achievement of business goals.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture by implementing talent management strategies, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
- Oversee total compensation and benefits programs, including the design and implementation of long-term incentive structures to attract and retain top talent.
- Provide strategic guidance on organizational development, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive employee engagement, foster a positive work environment, and promote diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations across all regions of operation.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on both established MNCs and high-growth companies.
- Proven track record of leadership in HR strategy development, implementation, and execution.
- Strong expertise in talent management, including recruitment, performance management, and leadership development.
- Experience in designing and managing total compensation and benefits programs, including long-term incentive structures.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience working in a global or regional capacity, preferably within the Asia Pacific region.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
