Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee M&A transactions across buy side and sell side, ensuring adherence to legal requirements and strategic alignment.
- Offer expert legal counsel on corporate matters, including joint ventures, partnerships, and strategic alliances.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to navigate legal complexities and mitigate risks.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and proficiently draft, review, and negotiate complex legal agreements and contracts.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with a strong focus on M&A and corporate law.
- Proven track record in managing diverse M&A transactions across various industries.
- Prior experience in an in-house legal role, particularly within private equity, is highly desirable.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and the ability to thrive within a corporate environment.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Law degree from a reputable institution.
- Profound knowledge of corporate law and M&A regulations.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills.
