This is an Analyst position with a highly reputable real estate funds platform that advises institutional investors on financing strategies and real estate transactions. They have an impressive track record, having success in multiple asset classes in over 30 countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research across real estate markets across various asset classes with emphasis on Asia and emerging markets

• Form opinions and provide insightful commentary / presentations, partnering with investment team to make recommendations to clients

• Conduct financial modelling and qualitative analysis to formulate investment advice to clients

• Respond to requests for data and information from internal and external stakeholders

• Address queries to clients - communicate investment team rationales, investment strategy and performance

Key Requirements

• University degree in Finance / Banking / Economics or equivalent

• 5 to 10 years of relevant analysis experience gained from a financial institution, hedge fund, private equity fund, bank, or advisory firm

• Strong data analysis capabilities – financial modelling, quantitative analysis

• Fluency in English

• Hands-on, open-minded, and ability to manage multiple assignments

• Prior real estate experience is advantageous but not mandatory
