One of the fastest-growing logistic tech companies in Indonesia which is backed by some of the largest VC's in Asia. This company offers a logistics platform that focuses on helping sellers on e-commerce platforms to manage the delivery of their customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Take a consultative selling approach to identifying opportunities, negotiating & closing and articulating & delivering value proposition
  • Build a strong network of customers in companies with their Senior Leadership teams- like Logistics and IT Heads
  • Understand the customer's needs and wants with respect to software solution
  • Map the customer requirements with company products and work with the Product team to find solutions for any customizations required and effort estimation
  • Achieve sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Manage large sales team and set targets and KPI’s aligned with business goals
  • Keeping in touch with the customers on an ongoing basis for relationship building, product feedback as well as further customer references
  • Help the customer develop a deeper understanding of the implications of problems in their current state and strengthen their desire to find a solution
  • Demonstrate company solution to the customer, clearly highlighting how it solves the customers specific identified pain points
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals to customers in consultation with the product team and suggest any improvements in the pricing model

Key Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of sales experience with management experience (50+ sales team)
  • Sales experience in a B2B technology sales and preferably logistics related
  • Knowledge of Logistics industry would be an added advantage
  • Tech Savvy, to understand and appreciate technology products particularly in an enterprise context
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to define & meet targets with a track record of closing deals and meeting and exceeding sales targets
