Our client is establishing a digital bank presence in Singapore and looking to build their team from scratch.

As part of the core leadership team, we are looking to hire a Head of Operations to build out the digital bank's operations team and be responsible for the management of customer onboarding, account management, loan operations, payments, settlements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering the design and built of the system and process and to ensure the stability of business operations.

• The person will establish operational efficiency and risk control during the implementation phase.

Key Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with strong experience in operations in particular in the SME and wholesale banking environment.

• The successful candidate will have around 12 years of with an appreciation for the fintech/digital banking space.
