One of my clients is a well-known player in the Crypto space and looking for a Head of DevOps Engineer. You'll run the global DevOps team from HK. Do you have proven experience leading DevOps teams, implementing best practices, and confidence to take the DevOps team to the next level?

• Role: Head of DevOps
• Location: Hong Kong
• Salary banding: 90HKD - 130HKD PCM
• Bonus: yes, discretionary
• Start date: asap

Key Responsibilities:

• Forge the director of the Global DevOps squad
• Empower teams with the ability to take ownership
• Implement DevOps best practices
• Advise/report to CTO on DevOps strategy, projects & budget
• Act as spill between departments, board, and Tech team

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role and AWS Cloud environment
• Proven C-suite stakeholder management skills
• Experience in leading, scaling, and managing DevOps teams
• Experience in creating DevOps roadmap
• Extensive experience with CI/CD systems, processes, and services
• Experienced in containerization and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes and Docker)
