This fast-growing analytics platform company is currently looking for a Director of Enterprise Sales to join the expanding team in Singapore. You will be responsible for growing and leading Enterprise revenue stream for ASEAN


Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the Enterprise Sales team and set team and individual KPIs
  • Align with and coordinate necessary internal stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, IT and Management to deliver optimum efficiency
  • Manage territories and successfully support on complex Enterprise deals and negotiations
  • Work collaboratively and execution for your Region
  • Conduct weekly forecast meetings and coach direct reports
  • Participate and lead new client prospect meetings
  • Create Trust-Based Relationships: Partner with customers for the long term
  • Contribute to sales strategy and execution
  • Implement the go-to-market sales strategy
  • Build the pipeline with a specific focus on regions / territories


  • 7+ years of overall Enterprise sales experience
  • Prior experience managing a high performing Enterprise Sales team for a B2B technology company
  • Experience in managing complex sales processes with multiple stakeholders and negotiations with pricing based on business value, legal and procurement
  • Proven experience selling to C-level executives in the IT space
  • A successful track record as an individual contributor and with a growing team
