My client are a fast-growing consumer innovation start-up globally headquartered in Taipei.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the retention rate metric for the business and drive processes to reach retention goals based on insights
- Create personalized messaging strategies across their various channels which cover email, texts and other communication channels to address each segment and stage of the customer lifecycle
- Fully understand their customer journey to make recommendations for the appropriate communication strategies for each touch point
Key Requirements:
- At least 5+ years’ experience from the consumer industry, preferably from an e-commerce platform
- Experience in customer marketing with knowledge of marketing automation and analytics tools is a plus (e.g., Google Analytics, MailChimp and Shopify)
- Strong data analysis skills and ability to focus sharply on driving incremental value
