As the VP of Sales you will be accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with firm business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
  • Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, and other key financial performance objectives
  • Hire and develop sales people across the APAC teams
  • Aligns the sales organization’s objectives with firm business strategy through active participation in corporate strategic planning, sales strategy development
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting
  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
  • Manage the sales teams, operations and resources to deliver profitable growth
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required
  • Put in place infrastructure and systems to support the success of the sales teams
  • Define and oversee sales people compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales preferably in a SAAS, Digital Marketing, Adtech or E-commerce company
  • Strong knowledge and portfolio of the local E-Commerce is must
  • Successful experience building a go-to-market strategy and corporate sales plan
  • Demonstrated ability in all aspects of sales leadership
  • 5+ years diversified leadership, planning, communication, organization and people motivation skill
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, organizational and analytical skills
  • Successful experience utilizing a CRM to manage team sales tasks, pipeline, and closing data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills and proven ability to interface cross functionally as well as to executive management
