Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on legal matters pertaining to cloud technology, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements across various tech and corporate transactions.
• Stay abreast of and advise on regional legal and regulatory developments affecting the tech industry.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to identify and mitigate legal risks in business operations.
• Oversee dispute resolution and manage external legal partnerships to handle litigation and compliance issues.

Key Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in Singapore or Malaysia with 5-10 years of experience in technology and corporate law.
• Good foundation in Mandarin (read, speak, and write) important for managing stakeholders in the region.
• Strong foundation in private practice with relevant in-house experience.
• Expert knowledge in data privacy, cloud computing, and regional cybersecurity laws.
• Proven skills in negotiation, legal drafting, and managing multiple projects.
• Strong communicator with effective stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
