Our client is a well established global bank based in Singapore which operates in over 15 countries globally. As part of the bank’s transformation journey, they are currently looking for an SVP / Head of Business Finance Technology to join them.  

Key Responsibilities

• Working closely and partnering with technology & operations and the CIO to drive strategic transformation programmes to achieve organizational goals.
• Responsible for leading and driving a team on KPI formation, standardizing KPIS, monitoring, governance and risk & control.
• Overseeing the end to end transformation project / projects through tight delivery timelines, leadership and partnering with various head of business regionally and globally.
• Responsible for developing, growing and mentoring of a team.

Key Requirements.

• Relevant degree in finance / business proficient qualification with atleast 15 years of proven track record in business finance and leadership roles.
• Banking industry exposure with prior experience in leading large scale projects.
• Knowledge of AGILE delivery, journey and design is required.
• Knowledge of banking products, processes, systems and databases.
• Solid knowledge of management financial processes, forecasting and budgeting and project investment management.
• Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills.
