This position sits within the Group Office of a highly reputable multinational banking and financial services corporation. To meet the demands of an evolving industry, they are seeking the talents of a strategy and transformation professional to join them as the Senior Vice President – Transformation & Digital Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Report to the Executive Director, leading a small team to drive group-wide strategic digital and productivity-related transformation programmes
• Digital Analytics – drive and implement big data tools to capture and measure financial impact of investments across revenue channels
• Cost Allocation –Implement tools that redefine the way cost is measured across different segments of the bank (products, business units, customers), driving new automated solutions methodologies
• Operational Excellence – build and implement a productivity framework, setting and rolling out KPIs that are inline with the banks’ financial objectives
• Partner with the senior business stakeholders on cross-functional projects and act as the change agent to ensure initiatives are rolled out smoothly and efficiently

Key Requirements

• Relevant Bachelor / Masters Degree
• A minimum of 10 years management consulting and/or business transformation experience gained within the financial services sector
• Prior experience in highly recognized management consultancy firms
• Analytical and data-driven approach, ability to translate high-level objectives to actionable business plans
• Demonstrated track record in working with, and managing relationships across all levels of the organization
