Key Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting and aggressive candidate across technical Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and other GTM roles.
- Aggressively source passive candidates with niche skill sets through sourcing tools, networking events, and referrals.
- Consult with Global team(APAC focused) managers to understand and influence hiring goals in the region.
- Partner to implement and drive consistent corporate image and branding campaigns in the region in support of our hiring goals
Key Requirements
- At least 7+ years of experience sourcing a wide variety of technical go-to-market talent from Singapore
- Experience sourcing talent with country-specific expertise
- Track record of meeting and exceeding hiring plan goals
- Proven experience working with senior management to execute and influence APAC hiring strategies
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-tech environment
- Experience working independently (ideally in a high-tech environment) to run multiple challenging priorities and to constantly reprioritize based on real-time data
- Familiarity working with ATS software and resume databases
