My client, a leading international spirits company are seeking an individual to lead the FP&A function for the APAC region, acting as a key business partner to the Leadership Team and driving growth within the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that the Region has a detailed and in-depth understanding of the financial results and drivers to the business, and that this is clearly communicated to Group
- Develop all aspects of financial planning, reporting and management information of the business - leading the APAC regional budget and forecast processes, support the creation of the APAC region 5 year plan and more
- Support decision making through the development of financial models, investment tools and key financial metric analyses
- Support of Regional marketing, providing timely reporting and insight to manage and drive investment
- Leadership on regional pricing, maintenance of price database and regional price administration
- Provide insight to the financials, foresee upcoming risks and opportunities and mitigation solutions
- Lead and support in global, APAC and local projects
- Manage a team of Finance Analysts within the regional finance team, based in Singapore
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified, preferrably with an MBA, ACCA or CPA qualification
- Experience using several systems (SAP experience essential, BW / BI / SalesForce desirable)
- 10 years working experience in FP&A and commercial finance roles, preferably in the Luxury goods and/or Alcohol sectors
- Strong leadership skills, experienced in managing and motivating teams
- Strong analytical and business modelling skills
- Extensive working knowledge of the Asia Pacific region is preferred
