Our client, a leading leadership and development organization, are looking for a Senior Client Account Manager to join their team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities

 Reporting into the Managing Director, Singapore, the Senior Client Account Manager will be responsible for:

• Devising and implementing specific account management strategies to penetrate new clients / prospects in Singapore market

• Develop long-term relationships with senior executives in assigned accounts

• Partner with consulting resources to manage client expectations and project delivery

• Devise Account Management strategies to deliver on client satisfaction delivery

• Be pro-active in identifying new client opportunities

 Key Requirements

• 7+ years' experience in a hunter sales / account management position focusing on Leadership & Talent Consulting industry vertical.

• Proven track record in sales with a consultative selling technique essential.
