Job Description

This exciting opportunity will give you exposure to working for a market-leading management consultancy business focussing on telecoms, media, and technology.

This role will consist of managing a team of six Account Directors while also playing a key part in helping the team exceed targets and manage the change required.

You will have to set up KPIs, sales targets, review the sales process, set team goals, hire and onboard new team members, allocate accounts and territories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing and reshaping our sales and account management process

  • Reviewing the sales cycle and improving hit and churn rate

  • Maintaining the team's effective and positive culture

  • Managing and planning your team members’ career progression

  • Developing training material

  • Leading by example and not being afraid to getting involved with clients when needed

Key Requirements:

  • Established experience in sales, and strong knowledge of sales and renewal processes and tools

  • A track record of managing change as well as managing a stable process

  • Experience of selling subscription research services, ideally to technology or telecoms vendors

  • Existing experience in managing and developing teams

  • Track record of consistent sales growth
