My client, one of the largest alcohol companies globally, are looking to hire a Revenue Margin Growth Lead for Southeast Asia to drive revenue & margin growth through optimizing the pricing, mix, and commercial investment based on disciplined analytics.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop an intentional end to end pricing strategy by setting optimal brand prices, filling portfolio pricing white spaces, and recommending new pack launches
  • Continuously drive SKU mix towards growth and profit
  • Optimize commercial spend effectiveness and efficiency
  • Optimize our customer incentive schemes and support negotiations
  • Train RMG Managers of Indonesia and Cambodia on hard (RMG topics/tools) and soft skills (e.g. business analyses, visualization, stakeholder management)
  • Partner with commerce teams on creating and executing the RMG agenda

Key Requirements

  • University degree in Economics/Business Management
  • Minimum 8 years of finance, commercial & analytics experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI
  • Strong eye for creative visuals and interpersonal skills
  • Commercially astute, sound decision-making and negotiation skills
