• Lead the Operations team in strategising and implementing initiatives to enhance and preserve the asset value of the properties assigned
• Implement appropriate programmes to ensure:
  • Uninterrupted operations of all essential services such as utilities, air conditioning, fire protection & security
  • Staff are fully trained and conversant in the maintenance and operations of fire and life safety systems
  • All services and preventive maintenance programmes are carried out regularly and effectively
  • Staff attend to service calls and work orders promptly and effectively
• Prepare annual review of the Asset Plan for each asset in the portfolio and implement such plan as approved
• Administer leases entered into with all tenants, handling over and taking possession of leased units, liaise and manage the respective tenants' renovation process and tenant relationship management
