This start-up company specializes in hygiene technology with products in multiple industries. Company currently operates in Europe, USA, Singapore, Japan, India, and South Africa and is backed by some of the most high-profile investors globally.

This position is for an experienced marketeer who will be responsible for strategizing, developing and executing ATL and BTL initiatives across all channels and customers. Direct the implementation of company’s objective, brand role and channel role to strengthen the company position and to ensure brand relevance and presence in all channels of distribution.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize, budget, plan and implement integrated campaigns/events across digital platforms and traditional channels to attain acquisition and engagement KPIs
  • Build/Improve and handle communication materials for consumer lifecycle journeys and drip marketing
  • Support Consumer Marketing strategy development and implementation
  • Promote awareness, visibility and reach of the brand and the categories
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and leveraging on insights to produce pre/post campaign retrospectives and plan future initiatives
  • Work cohesively and effectively with internal stakeholders of both local and HQ and external stakeholders (e.g. merchants/partners/vendors/agencies/distributors)
  • Manage and work within the marketing and sales budget
  • Lead and monitor entire pre/post business pitches with well-coordinated matrix both internally and externally
  • Ensures that all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes are implemented and complied with

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or Business majors
  • Minimum 5-8 years of consumer marketing or brand marketing experience in a similar industry or retail environment across APAC
  • Strong digital marketing and analytical skills with the use of data to assess the efficacy of campaigns
  • Deep experience with digital marketing tools
  • Deep understanding of mobile technologies and digital platforms
  • Have significant experience in analytically derived consumer marketing
  • Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with the use of IT systems and tools
  • Driven, responsible and independent with high level of initiative
  • Creative, strategic-minded and detailed
  • High ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously under pressure and tight timelines
