This is a Regional HR Lead position for a highly reputable durable goods business that distributes their products in several key markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. They require an experienced HR practitioner to join the team with the mandate to drive growth strategies of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading a small team tasked to drive and enhance service delivery of HR organizational vis-à-vis best practices and operational efficiency
Play a pivotal role in uplifting HR organization capabilities; be a change agent to drive programs that are strategic and operational in nature
Collaborate and partner with the C-suite team – be the key advisor and subject matter expert on all HR-related topics
Strengthen C&B framework and incentive programs across the business (OKRs, KPIs, etc)
Define / enhance effectiveness of recruitment, employee retention, talent management and succession planning strategies
Engage in process improvement programs to streamline and optimize HR operations via automation tools
Key Requirements:
Bachelor / Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
c. 12+ years experience as a HR practitioner gained from sizeable and reputable organizations
Proven track record in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership teams
Demonstrate critical project and change management skills
Fluency in English and Cantonese
