 This is a Regional HR Lead position for a highly reputable durable goods business that distributes their products in several key markets across Asia-Pacific, Europe, and North America. They require an experienced HR practitioner to join the team with the mandate to drive growth strategies of the company.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a small team tasked to drive and enhance service delivery of HR organizational vis-à-vis best practices and operational efficiency

  • Play a pivotal role in uplifting HR organization capabilities; be a change agent to drive programs that are strategic and operational in nature

  • Collaborate and partner with the C-suite team – be the key advisor and subject matter expert on all HR-related topics

  • Strengthen C&B framework and incentive programs across the business (OKRs, KPIs, etc)

  • Define / enhance effectiveness of recruitment, employee retention, talent management and succession planning strategies

  • Engage in process improvement programs to streamline and optimize HR operations via automation tools

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor / Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • c. 12+ years experience as a HR practitioner gained from sizeable and reputable organizations

  • Proven track record in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership teams

  • Demonstrate critical project and change management skills

  • Fluency in English and Cantonese
