This is an industry-leading renewable energy business that is enjoying a period of sustainable growth. They are looking to double headcount in the next 12 months, and as a result requires the talents of a seasoned finance professional to join their team as the Regional Finance Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the CFO leading a small team, key stakeholder to C-suite team and functional / in-country heads

• FP&A – be the budget & forecast owner, derive and track business plan, conduct feasibility studies, execute performance / KPI analytics

• Project Accounting –deliver project financials and performance reporting, ensure projects are compliant with local statutory / regulatory requirements

• Treasury – cash management and cash flow management of the business, support FX management and hedging strategies, ensure optimal project financing strategies

• Systems – drive operational efficiency and adopt best practices through participating in system enhancement streamlining workflow of finance organization

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor/Masters Degree in Accounting/Finance

• Qualified CPA

• Have led small and experienced teams (Assistant Manager / Manager level)

• A minimum 12 years relevant experience gained in a sizeable organization within infrastructure related businesses (Oil & Gas, Mining / Metals, Utilities, Construction, Engineering)

• Strong track record in stakeholder management, collaborating with business leaders across the business
