It’s an exciting opportunity to join a high growth opportunity consumer brand. You will manage different marketing functions across the region and directly report to CEO. This is an outstanding opportunity to broaden your horizon in a non-traditional consumer space.
Key Responsibilities
Lead marketing talents across different functions and background.
Set tones for long-term marketing vision for the brand that amazes our customer.
Manage conception, development, and implementation of marketing plans and promotional programs to ultimately drive sales.
Translate brand strategy into the brand plan and go-to-market strategy to fully capture customers’ attention.
Participate in product development, pricing, and supporting new product launches.
Ensure that marketing and communications plans are executed timely and manage expectations with various stakeholders.
Guide the Advertising & Promotion budget based on current marketing trend.
Key Requirements
10+ years of MNC brand marketing experience in both HQ and local subsidiaries.
Start-up experience is a big plus.
Strong understanding in business analytics, consumer insights development, and a solid knowledge of core marketing levers.
Extremely familiar with the concept of integrated marketing campaigns.
Passionate about and active involvement in the digital and social landscape.
