Our client, a globally renowned international law firm is looking to fill a M&A/Funds Associate (4-6) PQE. Based out of their Singapore office, the successful candidate will be working with a well established practice, advising on a broad range of multijurisdictional transactions.

Candidates with relevant experience in M&A/Corporate or Funds Practice will be a good fit. This is a good role for hardworking and ambitious lawyers looking to join a successful and growing international law firm.  

Key Requirements 

• 4 to 6 PQE (Commonwealth jurisdiction. UK Bar will be well regarded)
• M&A/Corporate or Funds related work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• International law firm experience and strong academic background
