The VP, Strategy will be responsible for building and executing our 5-year strategy roadmap to create a USD$10B company, and wear a corporate development hat to identify and manage exit/investment opportunities for the company. 

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside cross functional teams and external consulting teams to help map and evaluate different business areas that the business can expand into over the next 5 years with the goal of creating a US$1b revenue (US$10b valuation) company
• Execute the roadmap and work with senior management to build or buy companies in those areas
• Alongside the CEO and CFO, the key point of connect for the business to be on the radar of global acquirers and top-tier investors
• Play a key role in fund-raising, acquisition of the business or in the event of an IPO

Key Requirements

• At least 5 years of working experience in either investments (VC or PE), or at least 5 years in a combination of corporate and investment experience
• Familiarity with the financial services industry and fintech business models
• Nimble thinker, both analytically and laterally
• Focused on getting things done, in 50% of the time as most others, at 90%+ quality as the best
• Fluent in the usage of ppt and xls
• Gifted communicator and very strong inter-personal skills
• Enjoys intense, hi-growth working environments
• Must be Jakarta or Singapore based. If Singapore based, then must be willing to travel 3 out of 4 weeks per month
• MBA from top-tier university is a must
