Job Description

We have partnered with one of the largest Private Equity backed payments businesses in the UK that specialise in POS and online eCommerce. With substantial funding raised last year, and another round expected to close before the year is out, it is an exciting time to be considering a fast-paced, high-growth, omnichannel payments business.

With a strong SME business network in place, the focus is to build out the corporate team specilising in Ecommerce and POS. To do so they are looking to hire a Head of Sales to drive growth and development of the corporate sales team, and join a culturally diverse and inclusive environment, offering a competitive benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the negotiation of highly complex deals
  • Manage, coach, and develop the team
  • Grow a high-performing team that will reach revenue targets
  • Drive the companies ambitious corporate strategies
  • Work in conjunction with the wider commercial leaders such as the VP of Sales to refine the wider strategy

Key Requirements

  • A proven leader with strong leadership skills, bringing the ability to grow and motivate a high-performance-driven team
  • Extensive experience in winning large accounts - (B2B ecommerce)
  • Consultative approach to sales with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable with high levels of autonomy and accountability
  • Prior experience thriving in a very fast-paced, scale-up environment
