Job Description
Opportunity for an experienced Head of Sales to join a rapidly growing Fintech that has raised close to $300 million in funding to date. After massive success in recent years, this position requires a proven, highly-motivated leader to drive them to the next level both in the UK and internationally.
Reporting to the CCO you will be closely aligned with the senior leadership team to best execute the strategy, joining a vastly diverse environment that champions a collaborative 'together' culture/attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full autonomy on the implementation and design of the enterprise sales strategy.
- Manage, coach, and develop the current team
- Grow/Recruit a high-performing team that will reach revenue targets
- Drive the companies expansion into international markets
- Work in conjunction with the wider commercial leaders in growth and partnerships for any opportunities to build up pipeline via upselling
- Lead the negotiation of highly complex deals
Key Requirements
- A proven leader with strong leadership skills, bringing the ability to grow and motivate a high-performance driven team
- Extensive experience in winning large accounts - (B2B payments preferable)
- Consultative approach to sales with exceptional relationship-building skills
- Comfortable with high levels of autonomy and accountability
- Prior experience thriving in a very fast-paced, scale-up environment
