I am searching for a Head of Product for a high growth SaaS company who are hoping to build their product team at pace. You will be working with and leading your own team of Product Managers, owners and designers. As well as working directly with the CEO and other senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PMs in defining the strategy and vision
• Set your teams goals, success metrics and roadmap to align with their mission and drive maximum impact
• Lead and align cross-functional teams and partners – engineers, designers, marketeers and business partners.
• Own the product road map and communicate with execs and stakeholders
• Implement product processes and best practices across the organisation

Key Requirements

• At least 5+ years in a similar or related leadership role
• Prior experience in a product lead or group product manager role required
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic thinker with ability to craft go-to-market strategies and campaigns in collaboration with marketing
• Previous SaaS Product Management experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
