My client is an ambitious fintech start-up in the Philippines. They are looking for an inspirational Head of Monetization join their high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Performance and strategy of all the departments that have relation to revenue generation.
• Identifying and delivering new revenue opportunities in the market.
• Work closely with the leadership team to develop growth strategies
• Deliver increasing revenue year on year.
• Identify and resolve issues across the marketing/sales and account management functions.
• Working closely with stakeholders internally and externally.

Key Requirements

• At least 6 years in diversified leadership roles, driving and implementing sales.
• Proven track record of revenue growth.
• P&L and general management experience.
• Ability to craft and execute business strategy.
• Thorough understanding of payments, banking and financial services.
• Experience in setting up and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong leader with excellent influencing skills.
• Excellent track record of work in Payments & Fintech.
