This is a highly reputable, industry-leading B2B distribution business with operations across Asia, Europe and North America. The business has enjoyed a period of sustainable growth and as a result, requires the talents of a high-caliber HR practitioner to join them as the Head of Human Resources.
Reporting to the Group COO leading a team of 5, you will partner with the CXO and senior leadership team to drive and enhance capabilities of the HR organization through achieving operational efficiency and promoting best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic partner to CXO and senior leadership team - derive and execute various projects, key advisor on HR topics
Play a pivotal role in transforming and uplifting HR organization capabilities, act as a key change agent of the business to drive various initiatives
Define and implement effective recruitment, employee retention, talent management and succession planning strategies
Strengthen C&B framework and incentive programs across the business (OKRs, KPIs, etc)
Engage in process improvement programs to streamline and optimize HR operations via HRIS, payroll systems, and other automation tools
Key Requirements
Bachelor / Masters degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
Circa 15 years experience as a HR practitioner gained from sizeable and reputable organizations
Proven track record in stakeholder management and working with senior leadership teams
As a change agent, demonstrate critical project and change management skills
Fluency in English and Cantonese
