Currently looking for a Head of Growth to join a very successful start up in Singapore. Working directly with the Managing Director across consumer products and ecommerce channels you will drive operational excellence and growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• You will be working together with the Managing Director developing business and growth plans across the target markets
• Planning customer insights with the marketing team, Customer Success while working together with regional teams to drive the best experience for customers
• Responsible for the marketing strategy and end-to-end campaign execution
• Bringing about marketing innovation and thought leadership by being the expert and driver for growth marketing
• Lead, coach and inspire the team to develop and maintain profitable relationships
• Deliver actionable insights and make recommendations to Business leaders to enhance the performance of their territories

Key Requirements

• 5 years + of experience in consulting, consumer goods, healthcare industry or building digital companies
• Previously managed and structured operations from the ground up
• International work experience
• Extensive management experience
• Solid understanding of the SEA markets and customers
