This company operates a co-living platform leveraging technology to deliver living solutions to a new generation of consumers around the Global.

Reporting directly to CEO the Global Head of Sales will be responsible for driving sales efforts in Singapore, Hong-Kong, Tokyo, Sydney whilst managing the sales teams locally and remotely.

This role can be based in Hong Kong or Singapore

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve annual sales targets for the teams across APAC using your creativity and thorough knowledge of sales processes
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare quarterly objectives and annual sales targets for all APAC markets
  • Oversee the management of all sales personnel and activities ensuring they deliver on short term targets but also build and maintain strong relationships
  • Work with Head of Digital marketing for the roll-out of effective and innovative lead generation strategies
  • Ensuring sales teams have the necessary tools, collateral and resources to deliver on their targets
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Suggest and deliver on effective and innovative sales techniques to increase closing rates and member satisfaction
  • Oversee the online members sales experience to the highest level of standards
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition of new businesses and markets with CEO
  • Identify and close on hiring needs, select and train new salespeople, and when relevant develop educational material, training course, sales scripts and case studies

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience in a Regional Sales Manager role
  • Experience of working in a fast paced tech start-up
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance regional sales teams
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
