One of the largest Healthcare companies globally are seeking a Senior Director to lead Account to Report Global processes (Asia Pacific, EMEA, Latin America and North America). Here you will be fully responsible and accountable for the overall leadership, strategy and direction of Account to Report (A2R) activities placed in the Global organization.

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Establish a new Global team with a global mindset, leveraging existing and recruited resources, onboarding work from planned deployments
  • Responsible for the strategy, accuracy and timeliness of Global A2R processes for the company globally
  • Develop and articulate vision for Global A2R organization and build customer-focused organizational culture
  • Provide leadership and ensure Global A2R service delivery commitments and customer expectations are met
  • Accountable for overall customer satisfaction and meeting or exceeding service levels
  • Develop and operationalize Global A2R strategies that enhance effectiveness and compliance
  • Build and manage key relationships with leadership and key Business Partners to ensure service delivery commitments and value expectations are met
  • Provide leadership to acquisitions, divestures, reorganizations and other integrations as required
  • Provide leadership and oversight to the third-party Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) indirect providers
  • Manage development, communication and continuous improvement of the policies, processes and procedures for Global A2R
  • Ensure Global A2R remains compliant with all statutory, regulatory and SOX 404 requirements. Provide guidance, direction and expertise to support all internal and external audits, ensuring effective controls for end-to-end processes
  • Drive a continuous improvement and change management capability to optimize effectiveness and efficiency of Global A2R processing

Key Requirements 

  • Degree educated, ideally with an MBA, CFA or CPA qualification
  • At least 15 years professional experience required, of at least 3 years are spent in a Shared Service Center of a multinational corporation or BPO
  • Significant experience driving large, complex projects to a successful completion as well as ability to work in a Global environment
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and fluid situations, demonstrating a pragmatic approach
  • Successfully manage multiple priorities and be very organized
  • Develop and maintain a high-performing team with the ability to lead in a matrixed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with employees, colleagues, leaders and stakeholders at all levels with a proven record of influencing outcomes remotely
