They have strong growth plans and adding the right leadership to the business is critical in driving the business forward as a leading strategy house. There are opportunities across:

Key Requirements:

• Demonstrable record in building business areas and teams at other consultancies

• Strong track record of selling work to clients and winning new business

• Ensuring delivery of projects through people management and delegation to agreed timelines

• You have strong strategy consulting experience as well as cross transformational experience

• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills

• Experience in MBB consulting or other leading strategy house experience

• Leader within the ESG space, with at least 5+ years operating in this domain

• Strong FS background, across any areas of banking, wealth and asset management, insurance, fintech, private equity
