Job Description

Our client is leading multinational Financial Services | Insurance company. They are currently looking for a seasoned HR to head up the Talent Development Team. This role plays a key part in upskilling people to achieve organizational vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver an integrated people strategy for Talent Management, Engagement and Diversity. This includes creating and owning the strategies and plan to attract, develop and retain talent and develop a diverse, engaged workforce.
  • Work with the HR team to create a fully diverse, engaged and unified organization, leveraging all types of cultural differences, emphasizing the importance of the employee experience and championing company values.
  • Develop talent management & succession planning strategy and design talent management framework, tools, and processes to build a robust talent pipeline at all levels across the operating units.
  • Improve organizational effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to enhance leadership, improve productivity, and drive a performance culture
  • Develop and review Leadership and functional competencies framework to be integrated into employee lifecycle. Design and implement talent development programmes for leaders at different levels and assessment.
  • Drive employer branding activation activities and enhance employee engagement by designing and implementing listening strategy across regions including employee engagement survey, action planning workshop

Key Skills/Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in HR management, Psychology, Business Administration or related principles
  • At least 15 years of practical experience in Human Resources and a focus on Talent Management, Leadership Development, Organizational Development; preferably with work experience in MNC and matrix work environment
  • Experience in Insurance and Financial Services sector is ideal
  • Solid experience with track records in designing and implementing talent management, succession planning and leadership assessment and development initiatives
  • Excellent command of English & Cantonese
