My client are a fast-growing beauty start-up disrupting the beauty industry
Key responsibilities
- Defining their digital strategy aligned with their marketing strategy and measuring impact with clear KPI and solid analytics reporting
- The incumbent will be planning, developing, implementing and managing the brands overall traffic acquisition strategy with media buying mainly on Facebook and AdWords
- The incumbent will have deep knowledge of various traffic acquisition methods, digital marketing best practices and tactics for improving the company's e-commerce business
- Holding a good sense of aesthetic and working closely with the marketing and creative team to recommend the creation of content for their Facebook campaigns, website and all of their social media
Key Requirements
- At least 5+ years' experience in digital marketing , SEO , CRM, Facebook buying ad, influencer strategy and social media management
- At least 5+ years' experience in leading media agencies for media buying
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and experience in tracking relevant metrics
- You will demonstrate proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook ads, Instagram ads and Display Advertising
