Job Description

  • Position pipelined for fast-track to Regional Head position

  • High visibility position with opportunity to partner with Country Heads and Regional CEO

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing, leading and, in some cases supporting, various initiatives including pricing and margin optimisation, cash flow and ROIC improvements.

  • Communicating results and recommendations to key stakeholders for improvements that will lead to volume and revenue generation, margin improvement and streamlining operations.

  • Developing and continuously improving the management cycle and manage Group’s planning processes, including annual budget & business plans and monthly rolling forecasts.

  • Providing market trend analysis with corresponding financial modelling and commentary to the key stakeholders.

  • Managing, leading, or supporting the transformation of the commercial and planning function across the region, including optimization and enhancement of finance reporting systems, analytics platforms, and processes.

  • Partnering with cross-country and functional teams to maximise return on investments, especially in growth initiatives, sales & marketing investments, and cost improvement initiatives.

  • Utilising BI and statistical analysis tools to delivery meaningful insights into business performance.

  • Preparing financials for business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.

  • Managing cash flow forecast, including cash working profit, working capital and investments leading to improvement in return on invested capital (ROIC). 

Key Requirements

  • Strong technical skills in accounting, finance, and statistical analysis.

  • Successful track record in finance business partnering and financial planning & analysis.

  • Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision both written and verbal.

  • Strategic critical thinker, who provides innovative and creative solutions leveraging emerging technological advances with focus on practical delivery.
