Our client, a global fintech well-known in the space they are operating in is looking to fill a newly created Commercial Counsel role in Singapore (remote working arrangement). This is a global/HQ coverage role.

Key Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Senior Commercial Counsel, you will primarily be given the remit to review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts at the global/HQ level.

Key Requirements

• LLB/LLM qualified from leading law schools
• 5 to 8 PQE
• In-house and top-tier local/international law firm experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player who can operate independently
• self-starter
• Candidates with experience in dealing with a broad range of commercial contracts with IP/Licensing slant will be very well-regarded.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and high-growth environment will be highly advantageous as well.
