Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the entire consumer marketing programme for brands.

  • Monitors brand performance and manage the expenditure

  • Generate compelling consumer insight to develop winning strategies for brands vs. competition.

  • Development of marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities and developing action plans for the brands in line with business objectives.

  • Manage innovation & renovation based on consumer insights which includes identifying opportunities, product conceptualizing, prepare and implement launch and post evaluation.

  • Create engaging brand experience at relevant consumer touch points including consumer promotions.

  • Review the uplift numbers (based on ICP) vs. sales forecast and recommending action plans to close gaps.

  • Monitor & analyze category/brand performance including competitive benchmarking.

  • Propose optimal PFME budgets for category / brands based on ICP. Ensure all PFME investment is properly reviewed and evaluated.
