  • Be accountable for boutique sales planning and budget setting
  • Recruit new prospect clients and maintain client database to optimise client loyalty
  • Organise private events for clientele
  • Inventory management
  • Ensures effective rostering to support business needs
  • Be a visible leader that leads by example and inspires world class service standards

Key Requirements

  • Solid budgetary skills in a commercial retail environment
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Strong commercial sales skills in a luxury retail environment with the appropriate use of sales tools / techniques and promotions to drive excellent results
  • Inspiring leadership skills with high level of confidence and maturity
