Job Description

Our client is an international retail label, they are now looking for a Wholesale & Operations Manager to lead up the APAC business. The primary objective of this manager is to ensure sustainable qualitative net sales & market share growth by developing and maintaining the relevant commercial infrastructure and operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support, implement and to maintain of Global/APAC commercial policies, processes and initiatives
  • Lead projects to guarantee successful implementation of Asia Commercial Policies, Processes, and Initiatives
  • Identify, consolidate, and represent the Commercial/ Business interest of APAC wholesale and license markets and share feedback
  • Support the commercial and operations lead with business planning, implementation of sales excellence programs and other commercial initiatives
  • Support in optimization of channel and individual accounts’ profitability results
  • Secure Audit Compliance for all Sales Processes and Policies within APAC
  • Implement, analyses and document trade terms for all APAC customers according to the respective Global/APAC Policies
  • Develop and implement innovative and leading sales-tools for APAC License business
  • Ensure system infrastructure for data exchange between brand and relevant APAC partners
  • Collect and analyses sell-out data of all key wholesalers & license accounts, key cities & trade zones and key categories to maximize sustainable qualitative net sales and market share growth
  • Lead implementation and manage maintenance of the digital tools for APAC partner Business
  • Support markets with GTM/sell-in preparations and sales calendar creation
  • Secure a smooth interaction between all Go-to-market interfaces

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial leadership roles in consumer goods industry
  • Various front-line sales channel experience (e.g. Commercial, Wholesale / Licensing)
  • Strong people management skills and proven track record in commercial achievements
  • Preferable experience in fashion / retail / consumer goods industry
  • Fashion industry knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Advanced user in Microsoft Office
  • Tech Oriented and Digital Savvy
  • Degree in business administration with focus on Sales/Marketing
