This is a newly created role with a high growth consumer platform, based in Singapore (HQ).

The company launched in 2019 and already has a dominant presence in APAC with 1m+ monthly active users on their consumer platform, and several industry leading clients using the B2B side (which is revenue generating). This role will be head of the Product team (6 direct PM reports in a team of ~60) and will report to the CPO & co-founder.

Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the existing roadmap / vision, manage, shape and further develop according to market insights, your own sense of Product execution, and best practices

• Act as the head of the entire Product vision; occasionally face off to investors, work with other C levels to set culture and guide the company through growth stages

• Hire, mentor, inspire a team of successful PMs below you

Key Requirements

• Prior experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS is strongly preferred

• Core experience needs to be in "pure-play-tech" i.e. software companies / companies where the main product is the technology itself (candidates from pure banking backgrounds, or similar "tech enabled" environments are not recommended for this role)

• At least 10 years' experience

• Due to the urgency of the role, preference is for candidates who can start immediately and/or do not need a visa to work in Singapore
