This is an exciting opportunity for an executive in Product Management to join a Series A Logistics Tech company, based in Jakarta (HQ).

The company is a hyper growth, tech-enabled logistics platform for consumers (B2C) in Indonesia.

They are looking for someone who can help them scale at this crucial stage, and who will bring a long-term vision and strategy for the product. You will be leading the entire product line, managing the squads, with total autonomy to shape the product to achieve the company’s vision.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage entire Product line, strategy and vision
• Hire and develop the Product team
• Report to CEO

Key Requirements

• At least 10 years' experience in Product Management
• At least 4 years' experience managing Product Managers
• Experience working in early stage/hyper growth environments
• Core experience in consumer tech (apps/websites) with high levels of MAUs, ideally within SE Asia
• Entrepreneurial drive / excited about working in a fast paced, uncertain, start up environment
