A leading global bank is looking for User Experience (UX) Director to lead a team of designers to helm a multi-million digital transformation project.

Key Responsibilities 

• Spearhead UX design work streams for a large scale digital transformation project on both web and mobile platform
• Cultivate a team of strong UX and UI designers and review quality design outputs
• Advocate design thought leadership to senior cross-functional teams
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders for research, qualitative interviews, heuristic evaluations and usability studies

Key Requirements 

• More than 7 years of relevant experience in User Experience/Design, with technical exposure to design systems such as Sketch and InVision
• Strong hands-on exposure to web and responsive mobile design
• Excellent stakeholder management to work with stakeholders of different levels
