Our client is a growing energy company based in Singapore with growing presence in Asia & Europe. This is newly created role that with work closely with senior management on all tax matters.

Key Responsibilities 

• Responsibilities will cover tax compliance and reporting for GST, VAT, for the group functions.
• The role will also work closely with the business units and external tax advisors on cross borders matters including tax structure and due diligence.
• In addition, the incumbent will actively participate in implementing group transfer pricing and agreements.

Key Requirements.

• Relevant degree / proficient qualification with atleast 10-12 years of experience in Big 4 & commercial experience
• Any accounting qualifications like CPA, ACCA will be a plus  
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
