Job Description

The client is a global management consultancy, well renowned for their work in the financial services space, across various functional areas of target operating models, business change and strategy.

They are looking to add Senior Managers with experience in the insurance sector, specifically within life insurance and pensions.


Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and implement consulting projects for clients within set timelines and budgets
  • Manage accounts to drive further revenue and further long-term relationships
  • Lead on and support on various project activity, including but not limited to: business transformation, operating model design, M&A diligence, growth strategy, market entry strategy, new product offerings
  • Managing ang mentoring more junior colleagues
  • Contribute to growing the brand presence in the UK market and further afield
  • Be a thought leader on industry trends


Key requirements:

  • 6+ years' consulting experience
  • Experience in life and pensions space is mandatory
  • Strong understanding of the wider insurance market, and current and potential future industry trends
  • Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop relationships commercially, and manage accounts effectively to grow the business
  • Senior stakeholder management skills, internal and external to the business
  • Ability to hit the ground running on projects
  • Open to travel, domestically and internationally
