Our client is in the business of end-to-end transformation through technology/digital solutions.

Reporting directly to C-suite, the successful candidate will play the key legal role in the business, seeing through a broad range of tech/commercial contracts, and general corporate matters.

Stakeholder management and business partnering are significant aspects of the role, as such, in-house experience working closely with business would be well regarded.

Key Responsibilities 

• Lifecycle management of commercial contracts, including but not limited to tech, licensing, sponsorship, and vendor agreements.
• General legal support in areas of intellectual property, risk mitigation, procurement, litigation, and employment.
• Keeping abreast of key legal topics pertinent to business and delivering commercially sound advice.
• Oversee regulatory, compliance, corporate governance/secretarial matters as and when necessary.
• Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders across departments, functions, and geography.

Key Requirements (

• At least 7 years of post-qualified experience.
• Degree certified and admitted to Singapore Bar or equivalent jurisdiction.
• Capable of negotiating, drafting, and reviewing complex commercial contracts (especially tech-related).
• Well-versed in advising on broad range of company and commercial law.
• Competent in managing multiple projects and high-level stakeholders.
• Independent decision maker, able to function autonomously and cohesively in a team.
