Our client is an international Real Estate Company with a well-established legal team. An opportunity has arisen to join the company as a Senior Legal Counsel focusing on Financing matters at the group level.

Key Requirements 

• You are LLB/LLM and SG Bar qualified with at least 5 PQE. 
• Strong financing experience gained in private practice a must. 
• Candidates currently in private practice (Banking & Finance Desk) are welcomed to apply. 
• Real estate financing experience a plus but not necessary. 

To be successful in the role, you will need to be a team player, willing to work hard and collaborative in a big team setting.
