A leading US Real Estate company are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead a finance team across the Asia region and to be strategic partner to the sub regional Managing Director and Country Heads

Key Responsibilities

• Provide detailed financial and business support and deliver continuous improvement in Finance processes to support profit growth and margin improvements
• Lead annual budget and quarterly forecast exercise, and work closely with the various markets and Finance Heads to review and consolidate financials for senior management
• Produce and analyse accurate financial reports, including summary of operational and financial performance results, variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast)
• Lead the process to track and report ROI for various investments
• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure the impact on compliance and control of all process changes are understood and effectively managed internally
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders and senior executive partners, acting as a key point of contact in the region for commercial issues

Key Requirements 

• Degree educated, ideally with a Degree in Accounting/Finance and a MBA, CA or CPA qualification
• With at least 10 years of relevant experience in FP&A and Commercial Finance roles
• Experienced in leading and mentoring a team, providing strong guidance
• Strong commercial acumen and decision making/problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders
